- Min RH`s drop into the 20-30% range for the Brush
   Country/Inland Coastal Plains today, though with light winds,
   fire risk remains low.
- Seasonal temperatures with fresher mornings thanks to drier
   air remaining in the region through mid-week.

Forecast remains on track and pretty quiet through the next 7 days.
Surface and mid-level ridging in place this weekend keeping seasonal
conditions with scattered clouds and high temperatures mainly in the
lower to mid 90s. We`ll see a gradual warming trend through much
of the upcoming work week with highs approaching 100 over the Rio
Grande Plains on Thursday. A mid-level short wave shifts across
Texas Tuesday but with PWAT values remaining below normal through
the first half of the week, not expecting much in the way of rain
chances. Moisture increases a bit for the latter half of the week
and we could start seeing some streamer showers or sea breeze
showers by the end of the week. Chances remain very low at this
time, however. Light and variable winds overnight become light to
moderate southeast each day with surface ridging in place to the
north/northeast.

VFR conditions expected through this forecast period with
scattered daytime Cu both this afternoon and tomorrow. ALI fog is
questionable tomorrow with surface moisture pretty low. Guidance
doesn`t suggest fog, but ALI has been a bit tricky lately, so it
can`t be ruled out...though will not include it in the TAF at this
time. Expect mainly light winds.

Expect light to moderate northeast to east winds through Tuesday
then becoming more onshore later in the week. Low chances (10-20%
chance) for showers/storms will be in place through today. The
next chance for daily rain chances begin from Monday and will
still generally remain under 30% chances.
